Your Counsel

Dr Paula Rebeiro

For over 25 years, Paula has been the person senior leaders call when the stakes are high and the room is sensitive. A practitioner with a Doctorate in Business Leadership (Organisational Psychology), Paula brings the rare combination of academic rigour and boardroom pragmatism to every engagement.

Her practice was built on a simple conviction: complex people decisions need more than frameworks and templates. They need confidential space, clear thinking, and counsel shaped around the specific leader, organisation and moment - not around a service package.

Paula has advised CEOs, boards, founders, HR directors and senior executives across the private, public and for-purpose sectors. Her work spans leadership transitions, restructures, culture repair, sensitive ER matters, executive and high-performance team coaching, career transition support for senior leaders, and large-scale change programs. She has been a confidential practitioner since 1998, and every engagement since has been shaped around the same principles: listen first, diagnose carefully, advise practically, and equip the leader to act.

Paula works from a private advisory practice, ensuring every engagement is confidential, personal and free from institutional constraints. She does not supervise junior consultants, delegate client work or sell off-the-shelf programs. When you work with Paula, you work with Paula.

“When the stakes are high, the work is not to add noise. It is to create the conditions for clear thinking, careful language and confident action.”

Who Paula works with

Paula's practice is built for senior leaders who carry the weight of sensitive people decisions - leaders who need more than an off-the-shelf framework or a junior consultant with a slide deck. Her clients typically share a common thread: the stakes are high, the room is sensitive, and the right conversation can change the outcome.
