Paula has maintained a confidential practice since 1998, and this principle extends to every interaction through this website.
We do not discuss client names, organisations, or the substance of any engagement without explicit consent. Case studies, outcomes and testimonials are published only with prior written approval and are often anonymised or held pending client clearance.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse. Contact form submissions are transmitted securely and stored in protected environments. Access to client information is restricted to Dr Paula Rebeiro and essential practice administration.
Third-party sharing

Data retention

If no engagement proceeds, enquiry data is securely deleted within a reasonable timeframe.
